Spring to Mind Coaching offers a dedicated group coaching space aimed at enhancing meaning and happiness in clients' lives.  Either through large group wellbeing and stress management workshops run in the work place or small group facilitated discussions at work or home, Spring to Mind assists clients clarify, brainstorm and see afresh the many challenges that can impede engagement, productivity and happiness.
 
Wellbeing Workshops for large groups focus on identifying expectations, stress and issues that can cause burnout and prevent achievement. Clients learn practical skills and techniques for managing time, relationships, change and expectations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
For small groupsSpring to Mind Spa offers a range of coaching "treatments" aimed at increasing health and wellbeing. 
 
Spring to Mind Spa helps clients to:
  • eliminate self limiting ways of thinking;
  • identify values and sources of meaning and work towards greater alignment therewith;
  • manage expectations and stress;
  • reframe mindsets.
 
Spring to Mind Spa sessions can be taken as a course or on a standalone basis. Topics include:

Private clients:
Spring to Mind Spa runs fortnightly sessions in Kensington, over 3 hours.
Cost - £90.
Group and package rates available.
 
Corporate Clients:
Wellbeing Workshops and Spring to Mind Spa sessions are available in-house on a stand alone basis or as part of a suite of sessions.
eg Spa sessions may be offered as part of a benefits programme or as an away-day/team building or integration experience.
